DID YOU KNOW?
Gua Sha is similar to myofascial massage and is an extremely useful tool for orthopedic conditions. If you’re a runner Gua Sha can improve IT band pain and function, if you lift it can improve your shoulder and hip range of motion.
A lot happens when a cup is put onto the body, however, it most importantly uses negative pressure to improve slide and glide of tight muscles, promotes mobility and improves range of motion, and helps relieve pain from tension and stress.
Acupressure works specifically with the meridians and qi (energy) flow of the body. While this is a hands-on technique, it is a much more energetic approach to helping the body overcome problems. Acupressure can boost your mental health, fight fatigue, help regulate digestive issues, reduce anxiety and stress, and improve sleep.

Testimonials
Patrick L.- Best gym you can find and an environment to reach your goals. Tons of equipment, many pieces you won't find in other gyms (glute ham raise, specialty bars). Besides the gym having everything you need the owner, Kreg, is inviting and extremely knowledgably. Won't find a better gym in the area.
Tim N.- Was exactly what I was looking for- he listened about my postural pain issues, did a thorough but quick evaluation, then demonstrated simple exercises needed to strengthen underdeveloped areas to address those issues. Not only did he seem very experienced and knowledgeable, he was also very warm and reassuring throughout the session. 10/10 would recommend.
Eric Y.- Incredible skill and knowledge of how the body works and what can cause strain in certain areas. Totally releaved a 6+ month lingering back issue precisely and accurately. Great guy to work with and he has created a great environment for focusing on any body issues!
Ian B.- This is an utterly fantastic gym. Great people. Great price. It’s a friendly and no frills place to get strong in a supportive environment, and the owner, Kreg, is a remarkable coach and encourager. Check it out!
Kyle K.- I am working with Kreg on lower and mid-back muscle pain. I connected with them for assisted stretching, massage, and guidance on movements/lifts that can support better posture and balance moving forward. This is the first time I've found a massage therapist and trainer in a single person under one roof who can provide a broader insight into how to address my aches and pains, and most importantly with a focus on longer term strength, mobility, and injury prevention. In this way, I feel like I'm getting far more education and self-empowerment to address my issues than I have received elsewhere with massage therapists who do not have the same breadth and knowledge that Kreg has. I will definitely be going back to continue to learn about my body, check in on my progress, and get some of the deeper stretches and massages that I can't seem to find anyplace else in the Milwaukee area.
David F.- Kreg is the best!
Kevin V.- Amazing owner and beautiful gym. Kreg is extremely knowledgable and passionate about strength training and has created a welcoming gym for all clients and gym-goers. Definitely check it out, I wish I could go back!
Michael G.- Great, no-nonsense gym close to downtown. Friendly owner & members. If you're looking for a place to lift heavy weights, this is where you should come!
Vikram S.- The owner is extremely supportive and very knowledgeable ; he and this gym have helped me build a strong foundation while avoiding injury
Louis M.- Best workout atmosphere ever! Great accountability. Easy online scheduling.
Patrick S.- Love this gym!
Alex B.- The massage therapy is top notch. Kreg left me feeling and moving significantly better. Highly recommend 👌
Dan F.- Kreg knows his stuff! I’ve had massages before but Kreg was really great at explaining WHY he went through certain movements and what was going on with my body to cause some of the discomfort I was experiencing that brought me in. Even went over things I can do on my own to help with my issues moving forward. And he’s a very personable guy and it was a low pressure environment and I was very comfortable during the session. I will be back and I will be recommending him to anyone that listens.
Brian D.- I am so grateful that I was able to connect with Kreg and take advantage of his massage therapy services. After years of chronic hip pain, Kreg has been able to provide some relief and pain reduction. He has an incredible skill in body work and an excellent knowledge of muscles and connective tissue. I take advantage of his skills in cupping and have found some extended pain reduction as a result. His pleasant demeanor and his excitement in his work make him a pleasure to work with. His massage services are well worth the time and cost invested.
Andy D.- Kreg worked on a few trouble spots but focused on my left shoulder that had been bugging me for several months. He used a comprehensive approach using massage and cupping. It immediately felt better afterwards and I was able to workout without issue.
James K.- Kreg really does a great job at listening to what your issues are and knowing how to approach fixing them. His background as a trainer is incomparable for understanding what athletes need to operate at their max potential. His ability to work and understand the needs of both athletes and everyday people is something that you will not find with your average masseur. Kreg is really just a great person to be around and always strives to make his clients happy.
Joe P.- All around best message therapist I’ve ever gone to. Really understands the body and muscles, the way they all work together and what’s intertwined with what. Will continue to go back over and over. I leave every time feeling like my body is it’s best version of itself.
Ed M.- Received two excellent therapeutic massages from Kreg for a left shoulder issue. Highly recommend.
Pat L.- I enjoy squatting, benching, and deadlifting heavy. As doing such, it is not abnormal for me to develop some aches and pains here and there. I developed pain that was out of the ordinary, in my hip, while squatting. It was prohibiting me from squatting regularly.
Kreg was able to provide some possible solutions and after just one week my hip was feeling better. After 3 weeks the pain was gone entirely. Kreg is so knowledgeable, he was able to identify my issue quickly as well as provide some guidance on getting back to squatting.
I would not hesitate to come to him again.
